Delivery Timeline

• Inside Dhaka City: 24–48 hours for in-stock items.
• Outside Dhaka: 5–7 working days depending on district and courier availability.
• Large appliances (refrigerators, ACs, washing machines): scheduled delivery with a confirmation call before dispatch.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free inside Dhaka city for orders above a minimum value; a standard delivery fee applies for smaller orders and for deliveries outside Dhaka. The exact shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Installation

Air conditioners, and select refrigerators and washing machines include free standard installation inside Dhaka city by the brand's authorised technician. Installation outside Dhaka can be arranged for a nominal fee — our support team will confirm availability in your area.
