We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we make returns straightforward.

Return Window

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and the original invoice intact.

Eligible Reasons

• Product received is damaged, defective, or physically different from what was ordered.
• Wrong item, wrong colour or wrong specification delivered by mistake.
• Missing accessories or parts at the time of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return

• Products with a broken warranty seal or removed/tampered serial sticker.
• Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.
• Free gifts and promotional items bundled with an order.

How to Request a Return

Call our hotline or WhatsApp our support team with your order number. Our delivery partner will schedule a pickup, and once the item passes quality inspection, a replacement or refund is arranged as per our Refund Policy.
