Refund Policy

Since all Trizone Bangladesh orders are paid via Cash-on-Delivery, most "refunds" take the form of a replacement unit or store credit. In cases where a cash refund is required, here is how it works.

Order Cancelled Before Delivery

If you cancel before the courier reaches you, no payment has been collected, so there is nothing to refund — the order is simply closed.

Approved Returns

Once a returned product passes quality inspection at our warehouse, we offer either a like-for-like replacement or a full cash refund via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer, processed within 5–7 working days of approval.

EMI Orders

Refunds on EMI-financed purchases are coordinated with our partner bank or NBFI and may take slightly longer, as the outstanding instalment schedule needs to be reversed on their end as well.
